That is the copyright of the trademark.  It does not mean they were manufactured in 2019.  These are some of the "fresher" batteries you can buy.  Beware of anyone selling you batteries that don't tell you the dates of them.  They may have copyright dates on them from 2005 or 2017.  These are all 2019.
